preparation | I. Aminolysis reaction: bromamic acid (1-amino -4-bromo-anthraquinone -2-sulfonic acid) 1-amino -4-(ethylamino) anthraquinone -2-sulfonic acid was prepared by the alkylation of 1-amino -4-(ethylamino) anthraquinone -2-sulfonic acid. Batch 1: 24g of bromamine, 3g of soda ash were added in a A- 1 ml autoclave, 0.15g of cupric acetate monohydrate, 70% g of water and 15g of 0.5 ethylamine solution were stirred at room temperature for 20 minutes, then slowly heated to 95~98 ℃, and the internal pressure was 0.6 ~ MPa. After 5 hours of heat preservation, the reactants were taken out by cooling, solid-liquid separation to obtain solid amine wet weight 14.4g,HPLC purity of 97.76%; Ammonia solution mother liquor 193.2g, of which amine HPLC purity of 91.17%, 90g ammonia solution was separated and applied to the next batch, the ethylamine in the remaining mother liquor distilled off at 90 °c was added to 90g fresh water for the next batch. II. Cyanation reaction and fractional washing: cyanation of 1-amino -4-(ethylamino) anthraquinone -2-sulfonic acid and fractional washing of filter cake the batch of B- 1:1000ml flask was put into 350g fresh water, 10g of sodium cyanide was stirred for 20min, then A- 1 batches of solid amine and the remaining A- 1 batches of mother liquor were dissolved by ammonolysis. The temperature was slowly raised to 95~98 ℃, and the mixture was refluxed for 7 hours, the purity of the main peak was 85.34%. The mother liquor was collected by hot Suction filtration, and then washed with 6000ml of hot water at 90 °c until neutral. The product was dried to 12.73g, yield 78.05%. |
